ETC fully understandS many sites have old and obsolete PARTS in their facility. ETC WILL try to assist these customers, if AT all possible, by finding the original or offerING a replacement part.

CONDITIONS : Read Carefully
ETC is associated with others who process old and obsolete electronic controllers and parts. These parts may work in most cases. ETC shall test these products to confirm their operating status. ETC shall provide a quote stating the physical condition and that the part was tested by ETC.
The customer must send ETC an email providing the part number and serial number of the part. A photo of the original part must be provided also. ETC shall check the Network for the part or maybe offer a substitute part.
NOTE: The store Gallery is only showing ETC products at this time but you can still make a request. ETC is waiting for our Network associates to send their photos.
